Intellectual Property
Under Article 1/B-a of the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, for an intellectual product to be considered as a work, it must reflect the characteristics of the creator and be included in one of the categories of works mentioned below:
Science and Literature Works, Musical Works, Fine Art Works, Works of Cinema and “Processing Works” which are mentioned under Article 6 of the Law under the title “Processing and Compilations”.
