Our office provides consultancy services to its clients for the drafting of all kinds of contracts (brokerage, lease, sale, power-of-attorney, donation, work), including in relation to the form and validity of the contract, the effects of the impairment of the will to the contract, performance restrictions and impossibility to perform. We also focus on issues such as responsibility for the representation without power of attorney, liability of unauthorized representative, liability for pre-contract negotiations (culpa in contrahendo responsibility), adjustment lawsuits and execution disparity.
