Litigation and Dispute Resolution
In a business world that grows increasingly international, the deterioration of business relationships requires either to take precautions for the protection of company assets or to take action for the indemnification of damages. Our approach in dispute resolution is, where possible, to begin negotiations or to resort to alternative dispute resolutions methods, or, in other cases, to initiate litigation before courts or arbitral tribunals. It is of paramount importance for us to be able to support our clients both legally and strategically during each phase of this process. Our main goal is to help our clients understand all alternatives and assist them to make the right decisions for the protection of their business interests.
Since its establishment, our law firm has been representing large-sized companies and joint ventures in arbitration cases conducted under the Code of Civil Procedure no 6100, the International Arbitration Law no 4686 and gained experience especially in disputes related to construction and hydroelectric power plants.
Our founder Eldeniz attended several training and seminars and obtained certificates on alternative dispute resolutions including the Fundamental Mediation Training of the ADR Center and the Global Mediation Trainings co-organised by Hamline University and Bilgi University.
